Comprehensive 1-Year Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranty Protection
Every Elite Door & Window installation is backed by our 1-year workmanship guarantee plus full Pella manufacturer warranty coverage. We stand behind every seal, hinge, and pane we install across Southern Utah.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty on Every Installation
Since 2015, Elite Door & Window has stood behind every project with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If any aspect of our installation fails due to our workmanship within the first year, we return to repair it at no cost — guaranteed.
Installation Seals
Every weather-tight seal around windows, doors, and frames is guaranteed against drafts, leaks, and air infiltration for one full year from your installation date.
Alignment & Fit
Proper leveling, square alignment, and smooth operation of sashes, panels, and sliding tracks are covered — if anything shifts out of true, we'll re-square it.
Hardware & Operation
Locks, hinges, handles, rollers, and garage opener connections we install are warrantied for correct function, secure fastening, and reliable daily operation.
Thermal Protection
Insulated glass seals, thermal breaks on iron doors, and weatherstripping integrity are guaranteed — no fogged panes or thermal leakage from our installation.
Pella Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranties
As an Official Pella Certified Contractor, Elite Door & Window installs every Pella product to factory specification — keeping your manufacturer warranty fully intact. Pella backs its products with some of the strongest limited lifetime coverage in the industry.
Limited Lifetime Glass Warranty
Pella's insulated glass is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against seal failure and fogging between panes, covering the original homeowner for as long as they own the home.
Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty
Pella window and door frames — vinyl, wood, and fiberglass — carry a limited lifetime warranty against rot, warping, and structural defects under normal use and care.
Non-Glass Component Coverage
Hardware, locks, and exterior aluminum cladding feature extended limited warranties, with terms varying by product line — all documented and registered at installation.
Certified Contractor Compliance
As a Pella Certified Contractor, our factory-trained installation methods preserve your full manufacturer warranty — no coverage voided by improper install work.
